1. What is Memory Foam?
Memory foam is a polyurethane based material which is shock resistant. When pressure is applied to the material it will retract and slowly take its original form. Memory foam is probably the most protective material you can purchase for your laptop with minimal bulk.

2. What is Neoprene?
Neoprene is a rubber based material which is excellent at protecting your laptop against water damage and minor drops.

We use neoprene for our PC covers because they stretch and will form-fit your laptop. Neoprene is the same material wet suits are made out of.

3. Why is my tracking number not working? Why did I not receive a tracking number?
We ship our products through USPS. The number you receive through Paypal is a delivery confirmation number, not a tracking number. International customers, because of the increase of postage rates, we are manually sending the packages out through our local post office so that we can use Global First Class mail which Paypal currently doesn't offer. You will not receive a tracking number but we guarantee you will receive your product. If you haven't received the cover within 10 business days please contact us.

4. When will my order ship?
We ship our orders within 48 hours of receiving payments except on weekends or holidays.

5. How do I know which size to purchase?
Measure your laptop's screen on the diagonal to know which cover will fit your computer. Memory foam laptop covers are expecially designed for Macintosh laptops and do not fit most PCs. Because the PC covers are made of neoprene and will stretch, we guarantee they will fit your laptop based on its screen size.

6. Where are the zippers on the covers and how do they open?
The memory foam covers have zippers 3/4 the way around the cover allowing for you to operate your computer while still in the sleeve. The neoprene covers have zippers which open 1/2 way around the cover.

7. I bought a wrong size how do I go about exchanging the cover for a different size?
If you purchased the wrong size we will need you to send back the cover along with a check for the original shipping amount so that we might be able to send you a new one.  All measurements are on the website so please check carefully before purchasing.  We do guarantee that the covers will fit the measurements given.

8. Do you combine shipping?
If you buy from our website there is only a one time shipping charge no matter how many items you purchase.  If you found a cover on Ebay and would like to purchase another item through Ebay, shipping for each additional item is an additional $1.00.

 
9. Can you leave your Mac laptop in your covers while you use them?
Yes, you definitely can.  If you want to keep the back of the cover upright against the back of your screen don’t unzip the zipper all the way but leave it partially zipped (1-2 inches) and the cover won’t fall down.
